Last month a client started quoting lines from Jaynie Smith’s Creating Competitive Advantage. I get a lot of reading recommendations from clients and usually give first chance to those that are available on CD as it fits my lifestyle but as I was already ordering some things from Amazon, I decided to go ahead and order a copy.
