On Creating Competitive Advantage

Last month a client started quoting lines from Jaynie Smith’s Creating Competitive Advantage. I get a lot of reading recommendations from clients and usually give first chance to those that are available on CD as it fits my lifestyle but as I was already ordering some things from Amazon, I decided to go ahead and order a copy. It took way too long for the alternative book vendor to ship it to me but the book is now a part of my must read.
